We are looking for a campaign manager to support the delivery of our content, communications and PR services.

You will be an essential part of our team responsible for campaign management and working alongside two account directors and supported by a delivery team. We’re an extremely tight-knit team, which works hard for each other.

You will need to take a proactive approach to the campaign, work closely with your team, particularly the account directors, to deliver ideas, content and communications results and success for our clients. You’ll be involved in the work of around five clients, and jointly responsible for helping us achieve our objectives for each one.

The role is an exciting opportunity to step outside the traditional media relations and press release drafting mould you may be keen to lose. One week could see you pitching a big news story, but the next might see you auditing a client’s perception change, visiting a Government department to speak to a customer, or researching participants for a roundtable. The role also involves a healthy degree of communication with our clients – we operate a flat structure and want you to develop good relationships with all our important stakeholders – clients, their customers, and those people they need to influence.

Who you are

We’re looking for a full time person. You could be a Senior Account Executive looking for the next move up or an Account Manager looking to refine your skills with a fresh challenge. In either case, the ability to manage campaigns and get your hands dirty and deliver content, communications and PR services is paramount. To do this, you must have a grasp of technology, the current issues facing our clients and their customers; the capability to create excellent content; plus, you will know the media, and how to get results.

Public sector knowledge will also help you immensely, for example experience of working with clients selling to the NHS, local government, schools, etc. Demonstrating your passion for this sector will be a major advantage.

Extra experience of broader communications will also be helpful, such as previous work on internal communications projects, crisis communications programmes, social media and public affairs services.

Client service is everything to us. The proven ability to impress clients consistently and quickly, so that they trust and value your input, will be pivotal in this role.

You’ll be expected to work alongside the rest of the team at least once per week in London [Euston], otherwise you’re free to work from home. As you can imagine, in a modern business environment such as ours, good communications skills and the desire to be part of a team, are essential.

We are prepared to pay to £25-£34k per annum depending on experience.
